We started 33 Property Services after years of watching landlords get burned by no-show contractors, vague invoices, and shoddy work that fell apart by the next lease.
We do this work because we believe a well-maintained property is good for everyone — the owner, the tenant, the neighborhood. The way we see it, taking care of someone else's property is a kind of stewardship. We don't take that lightly.
